My approach

I help my clients feel more confident and accomplished in life by examining anxious, negative thoughts that get in the way. 

If you decide to work with me, we will develop more helpful attitudes and coping skills so that you can feel more productive and live a more fulfilling life.

All sessions are virtually held either via HIPAA compliant, psychology today zoom sessions or through phone calls, whichever format you are more comfortable with.

I hope to create a soothing, non-judgemental, comfortable environment for you to share your story with me.

Then what?

You will get a response from me within 24 hours. We can either schedule a 10-minute consultation call or an initial 45-minute session. Before our first session, you will receive an email through Alma (a billing and scheduling platform) asking you to complete intake forms and input your insurance information.

Alma will verify whether you have in-network coverage and what you can expect to pay per session.

If you are out of network, talk to your insurance provider about getting partial reimbursement for the cost of the session.

The cost of a session without insurance coverage is $140.
